Contents of the state register and its maintenance

The State Register is a systematic collection of information in the form of an electronic database about real estate, rights to it, as well as rights holders.

Documents providing for the emergence, transfer, limitation and termination of rights to real estate come into force after information about this real estate is entered into the state register.
