The meeting was attended by Giovanni Salvetti, Managing Director of Rothschild&Co and Head of CIS, Simon Bard, the company's consultant for reconstruction and financing, Khurshed Mustafayev, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, Aziz Akbarjonov, Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank," and other responsible representatives.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the ongoing socio-economic reforms in our country, elevating the banking and financial sector to a new level, and privatizing state-owned banks. They also focused on the issues of transformation and modernization of companies operating in the energy sector.

During the conversation, the parties also exchanged views on Rothschild & Co's experience in bank privatization, the ongoing privatization process of Uzpromstroybank, and particularly the use of successful practices and effective mechanisms in these processes.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties agreed to develop mutual cooperation ties and conduct systematic activities to achieve the goals set forth.
